Stay connected and feel supported with our Telephone Reassurance Program. Our caring team members make regular phone calls to check in with you, providing a sense of security and companionship
Volunteers call at a regular, pre-arranged time. If the client doesn’t answer their scheduled phone call, a call is made to a contact person who agrees to check on this person in their home. Screened volunteers listen, talk and help isolated people:

→ Feel safe & secure at home
→ Live independently
Telephone Reassurance provides peace of mind for clients and their care partners with a regularly scheduled phone call for the purpose of a social interaction. Clients accessing the program have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a volunteer, allowing for regular socialization. Text Messaging is also available.
