Kristen Corbiere

Director of Quality, Performance and Special Projects 

Kristen has dedicated her career to the social service sector-Having had the privilege of working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of social issues. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and communities face, as well as the importance of providing support and resources to those in need. 

At Helping Hands, Kristen oversees the Quality department and acts as the organizational LEAN lead-supporting the development of processes and the identification and reduction of waste throughout the organization. Kristen works closely with Orillia community partners and organizations throughout Simcoe County to support program development through partnership. Kristen also leads the Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance program, ensuring client and employee experience align with the organizational operations plan.
