Systems, Process & Integration Specialist

Katrina Rehling joined Helping Hands Orillia in 2022 as a finance clerk and advanced to the role of Finance Manager before transitioning to her current position as Systems, Process, and Integration Specialist within the quality department. With a Green Belt in Lean methodologies, Katrina is dedicated to reducing waste and utilizing technology to eliminate barriers to client care while streamlining processes.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Lakehead University and a diploma in Fraud and Forensic Accounting from Seneca College. With a background in full-cycle bookkeeping in the private sector and experience with Bell Canada on the networking team, Katrina combines her passion for learning with her commitment to improving operational efficiencies.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and skiing, embracing her love for the outdoors.
