Posting Summary

Helping Hands is looking to fill the position of Manager, Client Care. The Manager, Client Care is primarily responsible for supervising the front-line services and activities of Helping Hands. The position is responsible for overseeing and engaging all personal support workers, homemakers, volunteers, and other staff performing duties in the Community and Site locations. The manager also conducts performance reviews, coordinates professional development, and performs other managerial duties as required.

Other duties include, but are not limited to, report writing, administrative duties, budgeting, policy development, quality improvement practices, development and monitoring of key performance indicators, etc.

The Manager, Client Care must possess the following:
– degree or an advanced diploma in a related field
– A driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
– A clean criminal reference check
– Current First Aid and CPR
– sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
– strong formal and informal leadership skills
